ESTER GUM(EG) is a food additive used as a stabilizer to keep oils in suspension in water, It is derived from rosin combined with glycerol; GLYCEROL ESTER OF HYDROGENATED ROSIN (HR) is esterified from refined hydrogenated rosin and edible glycerol. It can be used as emulsification stabilizer for drinks, and as chewing ingredient for chewing gum & bubble gum. The GLYCEROL ESTER of HYDROGENATED ROSIN can be used as tackifier for cigarette filter adhesives.
